3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Businesses and individuals may use our services for lawful purposes only.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use our services for:

• Hosting or distributing illegal or harmful content
• Sending spam or unsolicited communications
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Engaging in activities that disrupt or degrade our infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations.

6. Payment and Billing

• All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Invoices are issued electronically and must be paid by the due date.
• Late payments after 3 days may result in service suspension or termination.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party failures, or force majeure unless you have taken up one of our management packages.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Backups and Data Loss

While we may offer backup services, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss unless caused by our negligence or you have taken up one of our management packages.

10. Termination and Cancellation

• You may cancel services at any time via your client portal.
• We may terminate services with notice if you breach these terms.
• No refunds are issued for unused service periods unless required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

12. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
